ONE STOREKEEPERS EXPERIENCE.

-Mit. T. E. Bi.axton, storekeeper, Toora, Vic, Hays: —"For the benefit of tho world at large, and those in particular living remote from a chemist or doctor, I give my experience with Chamberlain's Colic, Cholera ami Dairrhcea Remedy. My little hoy, two and u-lialf years old, was taken suddenly ill with severe pains in the stomach, accompanied with diarrhoea. Each hour be grew worse, and at lust commenced to pass a watery mucous. All this time wo ware doing our best to stop it, by using ©very known means that we knew of, but nothingdid him any good. At last 1 informed my wife that it he was not better by six o'clock I would take an extra horse and ride for a doctor, some eight miles away, over one of tlu» worst roads in Cippsland; in fact, it is hardly a road—more of a goat track. While waiting, I went into the store to look over the line of patent medicines that I stock, to sco if there was anything that might be used, when my eye happened to spot a bottle of Chamberlain's Colic, Cholera, and Diarrhoea Remedy. This I took down,. and after reading the directions on *it carefully, and noting what it was -recommended for, decided to give it a, trial. I dropped the required quantity in a glass, diluted this with ten times the amount of sweetened water, and gave it to the boy. We- could see that he had relief at once, for the drawn expression passed away from Ids' little face, and within twenty minutes 'ho was fast asleep. At. the hour that 1 expected to be riding over the eight long miles for medical help, my son was seated at the table eating His tea. This experience convinced mo there was more than ord'nary merit' in Chamberlain's Colic, Cholera' and Diarrhoea Remedy, and since have recommended it many times to my customers and friends, and have never known it to fail. It should bo kept in every home, for there is no telling when it may bo wanted."
