Sir,—On la&t evening, Friday, May 6, th« inspector under (lis Shop Hours Act came round IPoßSonby Road, warning shopkeepers that the Act would bo put in force against then on next Saturday night. This is a little bit mor» of Seddonism. ; The deputation that waited on the Premier when in Auckland wa* informed no one should ba interfered with till the House met, and tha Act would be amended.— am, etc., X.T.Z.
