Constantinople, April 29. The Arab insurgents in the Turkish province of Yemen, on the Red Sea, have captured Sanna, and are now besieging Menakha. The latter place has a garrison of 5000 men, most of whom are said to be in a mutinous condition. During the recent battle with the Turkish troops at Sanna the insurgents had only three men killed and six wounded. Sanaa i* the former capital of Yemen, and is alxnit 200 miles north by west of Aden. It stands in a broad valley about *000 ft above the sea. The city surrendered to ilie Turks in 1572. The present population is about 20,000.
