THE PRINCE AND PRINCESS OF WALES TOUR.
H.M.S. RENOWN TO GARRY ROYAL PAIR TO INDIA. Tna battleship Renown, which was formerly the flagship of Sir John Fisher in the Mediterranean and the West Indies, has been chosen as the vessel on which the Prince and Princess of Wales will journey to and from India. The Renown is now at Devonport, and will bo taken on to Portsmouth ■to be overhauled. The Renown is one ot the most comfortable and spacious of our modern battleships. Many - improvements were carried out in the admiral's quarters during her career as flagship, and she will j»osv be fitted out in a manner worthy of the accommodation necessary for the Princa and Princess. The ship has a speed of eighteen laidti, and is 01■12,350 tons displacement.
