"T HB A uckland iW ATBRWOBKS E xtension • A ct ' 1904 '" THE MAYOR COUNCILLORS AND CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF AUCKLAND being the Corporation of the City of Auckland hereby GIVES NOTICE to each and all of the persons Companies and Corporations whose names are set out in the third column of the Schedule hereunder and to all other persons who may be prejudicially affected by the exercise by the said Corporation of the powers hereinafter mentioned That in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by "The Auckland Waterworks Extension Act 1904" it intends to take divert and impound the whole of the water flowing into and in the headwaters of the streams called or known, as the Nihotupu Hr.ia and Waitakerei (hereinafter called "the said streams") and all and every of the tributaries thereof as shown in the plans deposited in the Local Bills Office at Wellington and to alter the course' of the headwaters of such streams or either of them their or either of their tributaries flowing into such headwaters in such maimer as to the Corporation shall seem expedient for the purpose of increasing the supply of water for the use and benefit of the innauuants of the City of Auckland And that tne lands the riparian rights of which are affected by such diversion and impounding and the - names of the persons whose respective rights will be extinguished abridged interfered with, or otherwise prejudicially affected by such diversion and impounding aire set out in tae Schedule hereunder writ-, ten " THE SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO.
