This is the title of a new serial story, the Opening chapters of which appear in to-day's Supplement to the Herald. It is from the pen of G. W. Appleton, one of the nio»t popular writers of the day. The plot is 'well constructed, and the development of t;-he story introduces many dramatic and sennational situations very powerfully and realistically depicted.
