Act 1904'* it intends to take divert and impound the whole of the water llowiilJ into and in .the-headwaters of the streams called or known as the Nihotup* Huia ana Waitakerei' (hereinafter called "the said streams") and all and every of the tributaries thereof as 'shown in the plans deposited in the Local Bills Office at Wellington and to alter the course of the headwaters of such streams or either of them their or either of their tributaries flowing into cuch headwaters in such manner as to the Corporation shall seem expedient for the purpose of increasing the supply of water for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of the City of Auckland And that the lands the ripariaa rights of which are affected by audi diversion and impounding and the names of the persons whose inspective rights will be extinguished abridged interfered with or otherwise prejudicially affected by such diversion and impounding are set out in the Schedule hereunder written:— THE SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO.
