GENERAL KUROPATKIN RESIGNING.
DISAGREES WITH LINEVITCH. London, April 26. It is reported at St. Petersburg that General Kuropatkin has resigned the command of the First Army because lie does not approve of' th 3 intention of General Linevitch to take the offensive in order to prevent the Japanese from cutting off Vladivostok.
