THE LATE SIR ALFRED CADMAN.

THE FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS. The remains of the late Sir Alfred Cadman will leave for Coromandel by the p.s. Wakatere at eight o'clock to-morrow morni,,rr. Coromandel will lie reached about eleven o'clock, and the interment will take place about half-past eleven o'clock. The .steamer will leave on the return for Auckland at- half-past two in the afternoon. It is expected that there will be a large attendance. The Government will'be represented by the Premier, the Hon. Colonel Pitt {Attorney-General), Hon. James Carroll (Native Minister), and it is- expected that the Hon. James McGowan (Minister for Justice and Mines) also will be present. The Mayor of Auckland (Hon. E. Mitelielson) will attend. Numerous messages of condolence have been received by the bereaved relatives from all parts of Now Zealand, the senders including members of the Legislative Council and House of Representatives, as well as other prominent men, to whom the late tfir Alfred Cadmat was well known. The flairs at the Government Buildings, municipal. and other offices in Auckland, have been living at half-mast as a mark of respect to the memory of the deceased.
