The follies of Franz Kutzner. which have been tho talk of Galicia for the last three yearn, have ended in a manner equally strange and tragic. Three years ago Kutzner came into a fortune of £100,000, which he promptly proceeded to dissipate. His eccentricity was such that he kept this money largo sum of it in gold—in his rooms at Cracow, and whenever he came to tho Austrian capital brought it with him, under the guard of two professional bullies, to • each of whom he paid £500 a year.
