RELEASE OF PRISONERS. By Telegraph.—J"rc-as Association.--Copyright. (Reeeireil September 18, 10.51 p.m.) Bombay, September: 16. Colonel Younghusbano has released 76 prisoners at Khamba, and has presented each of them with a gratuity. The released Tibetans had. all been imprisoned for dealing with British traders. Some of them had been imprisoned for twenty years.
