NEW ZEALAND'S LOANS.
£504,000 PLACED. By Telegraph.— Press Association.--Copyright. (Received September 16, 9.it! p.m.) London, September 16. The New Zealand Government has placed £320.000 four per cents., with a currency of five years at par; also £09,000 and £85,000 at par. Our Wellington representative asked the Premier last night for an explanation of the above cablegram. The Premier said he knew nothing about the matter.
