GIVES BIRTH TO A SON. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. (Received September 17, 12.59 a.m.) Rome, September 16. Queen- Helena of Italy has given birth of a son, who has been named Humbert. The King and Queen of Italy wore married in 1896, and daughters woro born in 1901 and 1902. The Duke D'Aosfca was heir-apparent until the birth of an heir reported above.
