IMPORTING STERILISING PLANT.
A PROTEST. [BY TKLEGRAPH.--PRES3 ASSOCIATION.] Wellington*, Tuesday. The Wellington Industrial Association passed a resolution to-night regretting the action of the Government in not inviting the manufacturers of New Zealand to tender; for the five sets of steam sterilising plant, the tenders for which were invited from Great Britain last month. Copies of the resolution are to bo sent to the Premier, members of both Houses of Parliament, the Trades and, Labour Goujicilp. ajid kindred bodies*
