Oh appeal, Mr. Justice Denniston reversed the judgment of Mr. Oruickshanks in the «se in which the police proceeded against "Whittingham, a brewer, in Mataura, a nolicense district, for selling boor on a written Wder sent to defendant at an office outside °f the no-license district. The contention **» that the sale took place at Mandeville, •ad the S.M. upheld this, and found for the defendant. The judge finds that sale was *Wlly made where the beer was manufactured.
