HEAVILY OVER-SUBSCRIBED, By Telegraph.—Prent Aatooiation.—Copyright. (Bectived June 26, 10.30 «.m.) London, June 25. Twelve millions have been subscribed for the Transvaal loan of £5,000,000. Tenders at £98 9s get 51 per cent. The loan of £5,000.000 is part of a £32,000,000 loam for developmental purposes. The interest offered was 3 per cent., and the minimum wan fixed mt £97 10s. The loan tarries the Imperial guarantee.
