The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—President, Mr. W. H. Nekton;. secretary- and treasurer, Mr. S. H. Ferguson; committes of management, Messrs. Marsdoii, Fisher, and Hewitt. The following resolutions were passed :—"That the Thames branch iuapect/iilly draws the attention of the Managing Committee to the fact that returns required by the truant officer ir£ excessive." "That this branch is ot opinion that no undue obstacles should be placed ift the Way of obtaining a superannuation Scheme, and favours the tentative acceptance of a modified scheme.
