[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. Mr. McArthttr, S.M., to-day held that two-up was a game of chance pure and simple, and recorded a conviction and a penalty of £3 in one of several cases, others being deferred to allow of an appeal.
