Plumbers of the Public Works Department are engaged in installing a new system of heating in the Legislative Council Chamber at the House of Representatives. The steam-heated pipes that were laid undei the floor of the Chamber are being removed, and the radiator system of hoi water pipes is being installed as more effective. ________
