Sir Joseph Ward informed a Press representative this morning that the Premier's health was improving, and he did not think there was anything the matter except the necessity for rest. To his knowledge, Mr. Seddon bad not said any tiling himself about going to St. Louis, and Sir Joseph did not attach much importance to the statement that he might go.
