SUDDEN DEATH AT MOUNT EDEN.

On seeing . several members of the Road Board, it was ascertained that they regard Mr. Fisher's demise as an irreparable loss. "He was," said one gentleman, '£• servant of the Board tor a greitt number of years, and we shall find it very diffioult indeed to replace him." His industry and trustworthiness were most readily testified to, and the members unanimously regarded him as an upright and honourable man, enjoying the respect of th* Board and of the ratepayers.
