ALLEGED MILK ADULTERATION.
[by telegraph.— association.] Christchttrch, Tuesday. Thb.'ek dairymen in this city are to be p*cceeded against for adulteration of milk by using dirty utensils, and selling milk containing less than three per cent. fat. Of 34 samples of milk taken by the dairy inspector about a month ago from carts delivering milk, 15 were sent for analysis by the Dairy Department's analytical chemist.
