London, January 28. The Opposition will move three amendments to the Addrcss-in-Reply in the House of Commons. Mr. John Morley will move one, supporting free trade ; Mr. W. S. Robson, the second, challenging the conduct of the late war, his motion being based on the "War Commission's revelations; and Mr. Lloyd George the third, condemning the education policy.
