AUCKLAND ROWING CLUB.
TriE above club's trial fours, to be held on Saturday' next, will undoubtedly prove of a very exciting nature, as the crews arc' certainly very evenly placed. The crews (11 in all) are as follows:—-(1) Foreshaw, Flemminar, Caro, J. 'Jones; (2) Bach, JowiU, Cronfold, Harper; (3) Hughes. taker, Pasooe Luk»: (4) Neville, Price. Hellatn-, Carlaw; (5) Lovctt. Diamond, Mollov, Buchanan ; (6) Griffin. thick. Potter, Taylor; (7) Wade Clark, Lovett, Baker; (8) Davies, Benjamin' Hogan, Gulliver; (9) Fookes. Forgie, Allen Runciman: (10) Whelan, Kav, Coleman' Quelohr (11) Carpenter, Franklin, .7. Diamond, Blackwcll. Carpenter's crew is a very strong- one. and appears the most likely, although Hughes' and Invert's crews will prove very dangerous competitors. The usual course will be vowed.
