A wedding which created considerable interest was celebrated yesterday at the Pitt-street Weslcyan Church by "the Rev. C. H. Garland, between Mr. F. E. SehoJicld (of .Messrs. Schofield and Son, Karangahape Road) and 'Miss Maud Smith ' (second daughter of Mr. Walter Smith, of Grey Lynn). The bride, who was attended by Miss Smith (sister of the bride) and the Misses Schofield (sisters of the bridegroom), was very prettily dressed in white silk, with orange blossoms and veil, and. carried a handsome Douquet. After the ceremony the father and mother of the bride entertained a large party at their residence, at which the usual toasts were given.
