ELECTRICAL ENERGY.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, Friday. Mr. Hancock, the water power expert, has not yet reported to the Minister for Public Works, but the Minister informs me that he appears greatly pleased with the immense power available in the various parts of the North Island which he has visited, especially the Huka Falls.
