[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. The architects for Victoria College buildings state that the amended plans for the building? will mean an expenditure of £28,000, which is £3000 in excess of the amount promised by the Premier on condition that the amended plans were adopted. The College Council is submitting the matter to the Premier again.
