CLAIM FOE INSURANCE.
[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington - , Thursday. Evidence was taken in Wellington to-day on commission, for the King's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice, in the cass of Kerry v. the Underwriters at Lloyds, a claim for insurances on the yacht Ariadne, which was wrecked under sensational circumstances, near Oamaru, a couple of years ago.
