Notice is hereby given that application is intended to be made to the General Assembly of New Zealand for leave to bring in a Bill at the next Session thereof having the title ahovenamed and that copies of the said Bill will be deposited at the Office of the Examiner of Standing Orders on Private Bills before the commencement of the next Session of Parliament or within 14 days thereafter. The objects of the said Bill are to provide that all real and personal property which belongs now or may hereafter belong to the Grand Lodge of Antient Free and Accepted Masons of New Zealand or Lodges subject thereto may vest in and be managed by trustees and that on any change in the Trusteeship becoming necessary the title to such property shall devolve upon succeeding trustees without the expense of conveyance or transfer being incurred and to provide facilities of proof as to Trustees.
