Wellington-, Saturday. In chambers this morning, Judge Edwards took exception to the statement that the other judges concurred in the judgment delivered by the Chief Justice yesterday in Coulter's case, involving a point under the Public Works Act. He said that the only point they concurred in was that the original judgment must be reversed in this particular case, but the circumstances Avere not of general application. The questions of law • involved still remained undecided, and were still under the consideration of the Court in another case.
