For Bank of New Zealands offers of 73s met with no response from sellers. In mining lines Crowns were done at lis, Komata Beefs at lOd. and Waihi Extendeds at Is Id. Inquiry for Talismans weakened ™ lis 3d to lis, sellers remaining firm at 12s Bcl. Waihis were looked for at £5 7s Si? -,? 1 l? rs skin S £5 9s 6d. Offers for Waint Grand Junctions at 18s 6d did not produce selling quotations. Now Eour-in-Hands sold at <kl. In other lines late prices ruled. MARKET QUOTATIONS. The following are the quotations for butter and eggs for the week ending May 16, fixed by the Dairy Produce Committee: Factory butter, lid per lb; separator butter, 8d; farmers' butter, best, 7d ; farmers' butter, second quality, 6d ; eggs, Is 3d per dozen.
