RAGGING IN THE ARMY.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.— London, May 8. Loed Roberts has ordered an inquiry into the " ragging" of officers at a dance at the Mount Nelsoni Hotel in Capetown on Christmas Eve, 1901. Mr. W. E. Stanford,. C.8., a Capetown colonial, who' served in the South African war, is the complainant.
