By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright.
New York, May 8. Signor Baoelli, Italian Acting-Min-ister for Foreign Affairs, has informed Washington that Italy will be no party' to the acceptance by the families of the two Italians lynched at Erwin of an indemnity of 5000 dollars whilst the criminals go unpunished. He adds that he considers the failure to suppress lynching unworthy of a nation in the van of civilisation.
