THE PREMIER.
We have received a telegram from Wellington, stating that the Premier will be unable to leave Wellington to-day, but lie hopes to reach Auckland on Wednesday. A large deputation, representing the Auckland Trades and Labour Council and the trades unions, will wait on the Premier on bis arrival in Auckland on Wednesday, with reference to the furniture trade dispute and various other labour matters. The secretary of the Trades Council received a telegram from Mr. Seddon last night stating that? lie would be pleased to meet the deputation on Wednesday evening, about live or half-past live o'clock.
