A SHIPPING CASE.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] New Plymouth, Friday. The S.M. gave judgment to-day in a claim for £44 2s by Maclieynolds against the Northern Shipping Company, for the value of bonedust shipped by the Huia and transhipped on the Gairloch for delivery at Opunake. The consignment was carried on to Onehunga, and left or the wharf, eventually being carried by the Gairloch when she was wrecked at Oakura. The manure was subsequently sold without communication with the owner. Judgment was given tor the plaintiff for the amount claimed and costs.
