I, HENRY CLAYTON BREWER, ESQUIRE, Sheriff of the District of Auckland, hereby give notice that under Twelve Writs of Sale, duly issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District, at Auckland, in seven of the following actions, wherein James Marshall Lennox, as Chairman of the Thames Drainage Board, is Plaintiff, and the Thames Hauraki Uoldflelds, Limited; is Defendant; also, John Hope McLellan is Plaintiff, and the above-named Company is Defendant; also, Christopher Atwell Harris is Plaintiff, and the above-named Company is Defendant; also, Samuel Hesketh is Plaintiff, and the abovenamed Company is Defendant; also, Thomas Aitken Dunlop is Plaintiff, and the abovenamed Company is Defendant; and also, Samuel Hesketh, carrying on business as Hesketh and Richmond, is Plaintiff, and tho above-named Company is Defendant I have taken in execution all the Estate, Eight, or Interest of the said Defendant, '" The Thames Hauraki Goldfields, Limited," firstly, in all those Parcels of Land, containing together 3 roods and 15 4-10 perches, more or less, comprising Sections Nos. 623, 624, 625, 626, 627, 628. 629, 369, 369.V. 370, 370 A, 371, 371 A. 372, and 372 A, and part of Sections 621, 622, 630. 631. in the Town of Grnhamstown, and being part of the blocks called Kauaeranga No. 4, Kauaeranga, No. 5, and' Kauaeranga, No. SA. Bounded as annears m a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office, at Auckland, under No. 2000, together with all tho Pumping Machinery. Electric Plant, Fittings, Gear, and Chattels connected with the Queen of Beauty Mine, and now situated on certain of the Allotments immediately herebefore described, and together also with all Office Furniture and Chattels connected with the said mine, save and excepting all Minerals in and under Sections 627, and part of 623, reserved in Conveyance Registered Number 6071. together with a right to dig the same, and being the whole of th* land comprised and described in Certificate of Titte, Volume 91, Folio 55. of the Register Book. Secondly, in all that Piece or Parcel of Land situate in the District of Hauraki, Queen's County, being nart of Waitangirua Block. Number 1277, and also being Allotments Numbers 23, 24, and '""- of Block Number 27, on the plan of the Townshin of Shortland, deposited in the Deeds Register Oflice, at Auckland, and bounded towards the North-east bv part of Allotment 681. Allotments 682 and 683, and part of Allotment 684 of said Block, on said plan, 102 feet 6 inches; towards the South-east by Allotment Number 22 on said plan, 165 ft; towards the South-west br R-olleston-street, on said plan. 95 feet 6 inches; and towards the North-west by Allotment Number 26, on said plan, 165 feet, arid being the whole of the land comprised and described in Deed of Conveyance Registered Number 138181, except ; nevertheless, and reserving all Mines and Minerals, of what nature or kind so ever, upon or under the said Piece or Parcel of Land, as reserved in Convevance Registered Number 136199. together with a ricrht to dig the snme.
