SPEED OF CARS.
TO THE EDITOB. Sir, would draw attention to the great speed at which the electric cars travel on the Khybcr Pass Road. Khyber Pass Road is not very wide, a great deal of traffic goes by this road, and tho speed of the cars renders it very difficult for a driver to got out of the way in time to avoid a collision. The noise of the cars is also liable to frighten horses. Although no accidents have yet happened due to the speed of the cars, yet if the present speed is allowed accidents are bound to happen. Mr. Hansen takes a pride in the fact that as yet no accidents have happened duo to speed, but time will certainly tell. The brakes should also be more efficient.—l am, etc., E.Clabe.
