THE CONGO FREE STATE.
By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. London, April 6. ' The Standard says that Great Britain has requested the Congo Free State to evacuate the Bahr-el-Ghazal and Lado enclave, the Belgians receiving a small territory on the Nile. It is believed that Belgium will retire to a minimum of 40 miles from the Nile, except m the case of the enclave from Mahagi to Lado.
