RUSSIAN CONSULATE •ATTACKED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. — Rome, April 3. A meeting of Socialists in Milan protested against the arrest of Gotz, who is accused of complicity in the murder of M. Sipiaguine, the Russian Minister for the Interior, last year. Despite the efforts of the police they broke the Russian Consulate's flagstaff.
