EAST COAST NAVAL STATION.

London, March 26. The Government originally • purchased 900 acres of the Marquis of Linlithgow's land at St. Margaret's Hope, and have , since acquired another 200 acres. They will probably make further purchases. It is estimated a town of 40,000 will ultimately b'e formed. It is proposed to acquire Inverkeithing Bay as a harbour for and small craft.
