TOURIST ATTRACTIONS.

[BY TELEGKAPH. —rEESS ASSOCIATION.] Hokitika, Friday. Mr. Donne, head of the New Zealand Tourist Department, has just concluded a fortnight's tour of Westland, travelling as far South as Franz Josef. He was. greatly impressed by the scenic wonders of the West Coast, looking upon its attractions as second to none in the colony. He purposes taking steps to develop the tourist route, and looks forward to the time when visitors will enter Westland by way of Haast Pass, travelling northward and on through Buller 'Gorge.
