THE NAVAL RESERVES.
_ London, March 5. Me. Aenold-Eorstbr ' (Secretary to the Admiralty) has introduced in the House of Commons a Bill allowing under future engagements for a portion of the 12 years' service in the navy to be completed in the reserve, extending the limits and number of reserves and enrolling naval reserve volunteers as bluejackets, stokers, and as volunteers in connection with marines. All ara liable to serve anywhere in war time.
