[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] ■ Christchukch, Thursday. It is reported that the Southern portion of the national purse will be presented to Mr. Seddon on his arrival at Christchurch from Hanmer Springs, at the beginning of next week, also the illuminated address.
