London, March 3. : ' The Standard says ' that special inquiries made in Shensi confirm the report ■'.' that Tungfuhsiang, . the leader . of the anti-foreign movement, is assembling a very large force, designed to extirpate the foreigners. Four thousand disbanded Imperial troops have joined him; Many secret meetings are being held in Pekin, and some officials are attending in order to discuss whether they will support the movement.
