Berlin. Mafch 3; Count Von Btjlow has drawn the Curia's attention to the Bishop ; of Treves' manifesto refusing absolution to parents for sending their daughters to the Prussian Government's High School, though fourteen of the teachers were Catholic and eight Protestant. The Chancellor claimed that the State was acting impartially and deserved reciprocity.
