Wankxyn, member: for Bradford, addressing his : constituents, declared that the British Cabinet had neither the moral nor political courage to prosecute Mr. Jas. Bryce, member for South Aberdeen, for sedition contained in an article published in a- foreign journal in December, 1899, containing an indictment of Britain, an appeal for foreign intervention, and an incitement to the Dutch at the Cape to rebel. He had demanded of the Cabinet either to prosecute Mr. Bryce or release "Colonel" Lynch.
