SOUTH AFRICAN RAILWAYS.
BRITISH ORDERS. By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. London, September 16. Central South African railway orders placed in England during the past week include 104 coaches, 38 engines, and 250 steel coal-trucks, each of a carrying capacity of 80,000. pounds. Out of a million sterling expended by the department which controlled the military direction of railways in South Africa, only ten thousand went to foreigners.
