THE DAIRY INDUSTRY.
o. [BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] New Plymouth, Wednesday. A meeting of the Dairy Commissioner and staff (graders and instructors) was held at Moturoa Freezing Works yesterday for the purpose of discussing and arranging matters connected with dairying for the coming season. Samples of butter from various factories were judged and pointed separately by different graders, discussion taking place on each parcel. After pointing was done, Mr. Kinsella expressed himself confident that the meeting would have good results. At night another meeting was held for the purpose of discussing matters connected with the management of the various grading ports and the work of instruction and organisation throughout the colony.
