AKARANA RIFLE CLUB. • The annual meeting of (ho Akarana Rifle) CI ib was held last night in Mr. W. Thome's j ofii< i'. Wyndham-street. Mr. W. The club's finances were sound.; and at no previous period' in the club's history?/ had the prospects at the reopening of a sea-; son appeared so favourable. The balance-* sheet showed that the year started with a credit balance of 6s 4d, and closed with a' credit balance of £3 Is sd.
