SINGLE ELECTORATES IN THE CITIES.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] * Wellington, Tuesday. The Representation Commissioners have practically concluded their labours. It is understood that the Commissioners will recommend that the system of single electorates should be reverted to in the four chief cities.
